Otwock County ((ポーランド語:powiat otwocki)) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Masovian Voivodeship, east-central Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Otwock, which lies south-east of Warsaw. The county also contains the towns of Józefów, lying north-west of Otwock, and Karczew, south of Otwock.
The county covers an area of . As of 2006 its total population is 116,086, out of which the population of Otwock is 43,247, that of Józefów is 18,353, that of Karczew is 10,396, and the rural population is 44,090.

Otwock County is bordered by Mińsk County to the east, Garwolin County to the south-east, Grójec County to the south-west, and Piaseczno County and the city of Warsaw to the west.
